This Eagerville style Eaton’s kit home was featured in the 1919 Eaton’s plan book. It was built in 1923 by the first doctor living in Smithers, Dr. Hankinson. Another owner of the home was Norman Kilpatrick, a post master. Norman was also highly involved in starting the Smithers Golf Course.
